Your Billing & Shipping Address Must Match. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Note: Processing time does NOT include shipping time. Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

We ship ALL orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (1-3 business days).

Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Expedited shipping is NOT available.
Orders placed during the weekend will process the following business day. 
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Mobile, Alabama.
PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL 

Packages shipped to non-US countries might randomly get charged for duty taxes. The customer is responsible for applicable customs fee’s, import duties, taxes or any other charges upon delivery.

 

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS and signature confirmation is not required. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 23 days.

NOTE: If your address is incorrect, your order will be refunded. Address adjustments are not available.
If your order is returned to The Brandi Glow, LLC., we will notify you via email and initiate a refund minus the shipping cost.


We are NOT responsible for any delays in shipping caused by USPS, severe weather or other circumstances out of our control.

 

NOTE: If we’re experiencing high volume of orders and inventory restock, it can take up to 7 business days or longer for your order to be processed and shipped.
All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after your order has shipped.
Once items are shipped and a tracking number is provided, The Brandi Glow LLC., is not responsible for the order.
Products will not be replaced or refunded if your package is damaged, lost, or stolen. Visit your local USPS branch or USPS.com and file a claim for damages, lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking number says “delivered” and you did not receive your package, check with your neighbor, ask your mail courier about your package and contact your local post office branch.

If, however, we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, arrangements for a replacement or refund may be made upon a photo of what you have received along with the packing slip within 24 hours of receiving your order.
