Shipping & Processing Summary

    Please review before placing your order.

    • Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days; during high volume or restocks, processing may take up to 5 business days
    • Processing time does not include shipping time
    • All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail
    • Billing and shipping addresses must match
    • Shipping fees are non refundable
    • All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges
    • Once shipped, The Brandi Glow LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages



    Full Shipping Policy

    Order Processing

    Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume or inventory restock, processing may take 5 business days or longer.

    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.



    Shipping Method

    All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

    Expedited or overnight shipping is not available. All orders ship from Mobile, Alabama.

     



    Billing & Shipping Address Policy

    For fraud prevention, the billing and shipping address must match. No exceptions.

    Address changes or corrections are not permitted after an order is placed.

    Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping fees and applicable costs.



    International Shipping

    International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International.

    Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. If delivery is refused due to unpaid fees, the package will be returned and a partial refund may be issued after deducting return shipping and customs costs.

     

    APO, FPO, DPO Addresses

    Orders to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Delivery times may take up to 23 days or longer due to military handling.


     

    Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

    Once tracking is issued, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

    The Brandi Glow LLC is not liable for packages marked delivered by USPS.


    If your package is missing:

    • Check with neighbors or household members
    • Contact your local USPS office
    • File a claim with USPS

    Shipping fees are non refundable.


    Fulfillment Errors

    If we made an error with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    Full name

    • Order number in the subject line
    • Photos of items received
    • Photo of packing slip

    Verified errors will be resolved with a replacement or refund.

     


    Return Policy

    Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons:

    Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be modified.
