All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Expedited or overnight shipping is not available. All orders ship from Mobile, Alabama.

Billing & Shipping Address Policy

Address changes or corrections are not permitted after an order is placed.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping fees and applicable costs.

International Shipping

International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International.

APO, FPO, DPO Addresses

Orders to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Delivery times may take up to 23 days or longer due to military handling.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

"I am returning buyer. I've purchased from TheBrandiGlow when it first opened and I've loved her products ever since, I just didn't keep it up, but I love it this acne bar! I've only had it for 2 weeks and it's definitely helping with my breakouts. My skin is calmer and less inflamed. The existing and new breakouts I have are cleared up within 3 days and I can't even tell the pimples were ever there. Every soap I've tried has never cleared my face, let alone in 3 days. I let the soap sit either overnight or I let it sit for about 10 minutes during the day, sometimes 30 minutes or more depending on what I'm doing around the house. Please keep this soap around!"
