Natural products can vary in scent, color, and to some extent, texture. Products can get darker over time, and the oils may separate – just simply shake to mix.


Q. How long is the shelf life of your products?

TBG uses the highest quality natural and organic ingredients in our formulations. Some of our products are made with oils and butters that have a shelf life of 1 year or longer. We can not guarantee freshness and effectiveness of any products kept after the recommended shelf life. The shelf life of our products are subject to many factors, including heat, exposure to air, dirt, and how they are handled.

We recommended storing our products in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, excess moisture to maintain freshness and effectiveness.

Q. I have not received my order, but my tracking number says “DELIVERED” what should I do?

Contact your local USPS post office (visit your local branch in person) and give them your tracking number, they will assist you with information about your package. -Do not call the USPS hotline number! If they can not locate the whereabouts of your package, visit usps.com to file a claim. The Brandi Glow will not refund nor re-ship orders that were lost, stolen, or mishandled by the USPS post office per our shipping policy.

You  must wait 5 days after your skin has completely peeled and healed before you can use TBG cleansing bar(s). Only use Cerave cleanser, healing ointment and sunscreen during your peeling process.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use TBG product’s?

Yes, you can. TBG product’s are ideal for acne-prone, normal, oily, dry, combination, sensitive skin types. 



What you need to know about:


Glow Girl bar and moisturizer are both effective skin lighteners. If your complexion is dark, melanated, please be advised that your complexion will lighten

1-3 shades lighter than your normal skin tone and it is normal for your complexion to go through a lightening stage (uneven complexion, splotchy, patchy, light spots) before your complexion even out to one beautiful tone. 


Pro tip: Incorporate a vitamin C serum into your daily routine and wear sunscreen daily. There are many brand’s of vitamin C serum priced from low-high on the market, your preference.

If you do not want to lighten your skin, DO NOT PURCHASE Glow Girl Cleansing Bar and Moisturizer.


The longer you use the cleansing bar and moisturizer the lighter your complexion will become.

We recommend that you discontinue use once you’ve reached your desired results and opt for a gentle cleanser of your choice to maintain your results. Your skin tone will eventually shift back to its natural state once you discontinue use.


What if I have tattoo’s?

If you have tattoo’s, microbladed eyebrows or any type of semi-permanent ink, it is a possibility for the ink, pigment, color to fade. Be extra careful not to get the Glow Girl Cleansing Bar, Radiant Lightening Cream, Glow Girl Moisturizer near the area(s).

Can I use the Skin Exfoliator Oil, Glow Girl Cleansing Bar, or Radiant /Acne bar(s) at the same time?

▪️No, NEVER use our cleansing bars to cleanse your skin while going through your peeling process. You only use the products listed on the Skin Exfoliator Oil page.

What you need to know about our chemical peel.

Q. How many times can I use the Skin Exfoliator Oil?

You use the chemical peel once a month (every 4 weeks) until you have your desired results. You can also use it for spot treatment.

Q. Does the Skin Exfoliator Oil burn?

You may feel a stinging or tingling sensation which will subside. A fan or cool air may be used for comfort, apply cool compresses if needed.

Q. Can the Skin Exfoliator Oil be applied to other parts of the body other than the face?

Yes, you can apply it on your chest, neck, back, hands, feet, legs, elbows, knees to exfoliate and improve skin texture and tone.

▪️Apply oil to the area that is being treated (up to 5 coats) and also apply oil to gauze pads or cotton balls and secure them in place overnight for 3 nights to desired body parts. Use a mild, gentle soap to cleanse the area daily as you bathe or shower. Apply healing ointment and keep the skin moisturized. 

NOTE: The peeling process and results will not always be the same. Results may vary!
*We do not recommend applying the Skin Exfoliator Oil to your bikini area or armpits. 
We recommend using the Glow Girl Cleansing Bar and Radiant Lightening Cream consistently for those delicate areas. Waxing and exfoliating on a regular basis is highly recommended as well.

Q. How long is the peeling process?

Peeling timeframe varies from person to person. Remember, everyone’s skin is different. The peeling process can take up to 7 days or longer. Do not start your peel a week prior to an event, holiday, or a special occasion. Give yourself time to peel and start 2 weeks before.

Q. My face is itching, tight and red. Is this normal?

Yes, this is normal to experience during your peeling process. These are some of the side effects of a chemical peel.
If persistent irritation or allergic reaction occurs, take and Antihistamine and use hydrocortisone cream.

Q. Why is my skin turning a dark brownish color after I applied the oil?

It is normal for your skin to turn dark brown. The dead skin will peel. Keep it moisturized with healing ointment and trust the process.

Q. I’ve applied the Skin Exfoliator Oil, Is it normal for my skin to start peeling on day 2?

Yes, it is normal for your skin to start peeling or flaking on your 2nd application day. Yes, you can proceed with day 3 application, but be sure to protect the flaking/peeling skin with healing ointment and DO NOT apply oil to the areas that shows signs of peeling YOU WILL BURN YOUR SKIN IF YOU DO SO!
