Yes, products are safe, but always consult with your physician first and let them know the ingredients listed.

Do TBG products contain nuts?

Yes, some products contain oils and butters from natural nuts, seeds, and fruits. Please read the ingredients list.

The product I purchased is slightly lighter or darker than my last bottle, container, is this normal?

Natural products can vary in scent, color, and texture. Products can get darker over time, and oils may separate – just shake to mix.

How long is the shelf life of your products?

TBG uses the highest quality natural and organic ingredients. Shelf life is subject to factors like heat, air exposure, and handling. Recommended storage in a cool, dry space away from sunlight.

Can men use TBG products?

Yes, our products are for men, women, and teenagers of all races and ethnicities.

Can I use TBG products if I have sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are ideal for acne-prone, normal, oily, dry, combination, and sensitive skin types. Always perform a patch test first.

What if I have tattoos?

Be careful not to get certain products near tattooed areas, as it may cause fading.

Order & Refunds

I am not pleased with my products. TBG products do not work for my skin. What shall I do?

TBG does not offer a money-back guarantee.

Can I get a refund for my order?

Unfortunately, no refunds, no exchanges, all sales are final.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Contact immediately for order cancellation and refund. Address adjustments are not allowed.

I received an incorrect item. What should I do?

Contact within 24 hours with your full name, order number, and a photo of the incorrect item for assistance.

My items arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact within 48 hours with your full name, order number, and photos of the damaged product(s). File a claim with USPS for damaged items.

I have not received my order, but my tracking number says “DELIVERED” what should I do?

Contact your local USPS post office. Do not call the USPS hotline. If needed, file a claim on The Brandi Glow will not refund or re-ship orders lost, stolen, or mishandled by USPS.

Can discounts be combined?

No, discounts cannot be combined.

Can I use TBG cleansing bars with the Skin Exfoliator Oil?

No, never use cleansing bars with the oil. Use what is listed on the Skin Exfoliator Oil page. Wait 5 days after your skin has completely peeled before using TBG cleansing bars.

What you need to know about our chemical peel

Can I use the Skin Exfoliator Oil, Glow Girl Cleansing Bar, or Radiant/Acne bars at the same time?

No, NEVER use our cleansing bars to cleanse your skin while going through your peeling process. You only use the products listed on the Skin Exfoliator Oil page.You must wait at least 5 days after your skin has completely peeled and healed before you can use TBG cleansing bars and other products. Only use Cerave cleanser, healing ointment and sunscreen  during your peeling process.

How many times can I use the Skin Exfoliator Oil?

Use the chemical peel once a month (every 4 weeks) until you have your desired results.

Does the Skin Exfoliator Oil burn?

You may feel a stinging or tingling sensation, which will subside. Apply cool compresses if needed.

Can the Skin Exfoliator Oil be applied to other parts of the body?

Yes, it can be applied to chest, neck, back, hands, feet, legs, elbows, knees. Follow specific instructions for application.

How long is the peeling process?

Peeling timeframe varies, up to 7 days or longer. Start the peel 2 weeks before any event.

My face is itching, tight, and red. Is this normal?

Yes, these are normal side effects during the peeling process. Use an antihistamine and hydrocortisone cream if needed.

Why is my skin turning a dark brownish color after applying the oil?

It is normal; dead skin will peel. Keep it moisturized with healing ointment.

I’ve applied the Skin Exfoliator Oil, is it normal for my skin to start peeling on day 2?

Yes, it is normal for your skin to start peeling or flaking on your 2nd application day. Yes, you can proceed with day 3 application, but be sure to protect the flaking/peeling skin with healing ointment and DO NOT apply oil to the areas that shows signs of peeling YOU WILL BURN YOUR SKIN IF YOU DO SO!




Do not apply makeup/foundation while peeling. Wait until your skin has completely peeled and healed to apply.

When using the Skin Exfoliator Oil, what precautions should be taken?

Follow specific instructions, discontinue certain products 5 days before starting, and wait 5 days after skin has completely peeled before using other products. Avoid saunas, hot showers, and strenuous workouts while peeling. Apply the oil once a month.

Can I use the Skin Exfoliator Oil if I am pregnant or lactating?

Consult with your physician first.


5 days before you start:


• Stop using TOPICAL RETINOIDS ex: Retin-A, Tazorac, Differin, Trimula.

• Do not wax, shave, laser treatments, or use any depilatories to the area being treated
Individuals with a history of skin rashes, allergies, or any skin

*DO NOT use Glow Girl Cleansing Bar, Glow Girl Facial Moisturizer, none of our products during your peeling process.

WAIT 5 days or longer after skin has completely peeled and healed before you use Glow Girl Cleansing Bar & Glow Girl Facial Moisturizer, before you wax, laser treatments and any other facial treatments, products.

• Mild burning or stinging sensation
• Redness and tightness

•Mild allergic reaction 

• Itching and dryness
• Slight swelling as your skin goes through this post-peel renewal process.

 Avoid saunas, steaming hot showers, excessive sweating, and strenuous workouts while peeling.

 Apply Skin Exfoliator Oil Once a month only

Every 4 weeks until you have reached your desired results.

• If you are pregnant or lactating (consult with your Physician first) and let them know the ingredients in the products

• Have Herpes Simplex, you will be more prone to infection ( you must pre-medicate first)

• Undergoing chemotheraphy or radiation
• Currently taking Accutane or have taken within 6 months
