Can men use The Brandi Glow products?

I’m pregnant or breastfeeding. Can I use The Brandi Glow products?

Our products are made with skin loving ingredients. However, we recommend consulting with your physician before use and reviewing the ingredient list with them, during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Do your products contain nuts?

Some products contain oils and butters derived from natural nuts, seeds, or fruits. Please review the ingredient list carefully if you have allergies.

Can I use the cleansing bars on my face and body?

Yes. All of our soaps are formulated for both face and body use. Avoid contact with the eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Soaps are for external use only.

Can I use multiple cleansing bars together?

Yes. You may alternate soaps based on your skin’s needs. For example, use the acne soap during breakouts and a brightening soap once skin is clear. Meaning: do not use different soaps same day.

Order & Refunds

I am not pleased with my products. What should I do?

Skincare results vary based on skin type, concern, consistency, and proper use. Our products are not an overnight fix and require time to support the skin’s natural renewal process. Allow adequate time for results.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

What if my order arrived incorrect or damaged?

If we made an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@thebrandiglow.com with your order number, packing slip and clear photos. Verified errors will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Can I use your products with other skincare brands?

Yes, but we recommend introducing new products gradually and avoiding mixing multiple active treatments at the same time to reduce irritation.

Why am I experiencing tingling, dryness, or purging?

Some products may cause temporary tingling, dryness, redness, itching, or purging as the skin adjusts. If irritation persists, discontinue use.

I have not received my order, but my tracking shows “Delivered.” What should I do?

If your tracking shows “Delivered,” allow up to 24 hours, as carriers may mark packages delivered before final drop-off. Check with household members, neighbors, or your building management.

If the package is still missing, visit your local USPS post office directly with your tracking number. You may also file a claim with USPS.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Brandi Glow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages and cannot issue refunds or replacements.

Why aren’t The Brandi Glow products working for my skin?

Skincare is not one-size-fits-all, and results can vary from person to person. Factors such as skin type, skin concerns, consistency of use, lifestyle, hormones, diet, stress levels, and environmental exposure all play a role in how the skin responds to products.

Are your products handmade or mass produced?

Our products are thoughtfully formulated and produced in small batches to maintain quality and consistency. Handmade.

Do your products contain fragrance?

What should I expect after using the Skin Exfoliator Oil

It is normal to experience:

  • Mild tingling or warmth
  • Dryness or tightness
  • Flaking or peeling
  • Temporary redness or purging
  • Darker complexion, hyperpigmentation after peel

How long does peeling last?

Peeling typically begins within a few days after use and can last 5 to 10 days, depending on skin type and sensitivity. Healing time varies.

Can I use other exfoliating products, or your cleansing bars while using the Skin Exfoliator Oil?

NO. Do not use other exfoliating, active, or brightening products while using the Skin Exfoliator Oil or during the peeling process. This includes scrubs, acids, retinoids, or brightening soaps.

How often can I apply the Skin Exfoliator Oil?

The Skin Exfoliator Oil should be used no more than once every 4 weeks. This allows the skin time to fully exfoliate, heal, and complete its natural renewal cycle before the next application.

Using the product more frequently than recommended may increase the risk of irritation or sensitivity. 

Can I wash my face or body while peeling?

Yes. Use only a mild, gentle cleanser during the peeling process. Avoid scrubbing or using exfoliating tools.

When can I resume using The Brandi Glow products after my peel?

You must wait until after peeling has fully stopped and the skin has healed before resuming use of any The Brandi Glow products or any other brands.

Can the Skin Exfoliator Oil be used on the body?

Yes. The Skin Exfoliator Oil may be used on external body areas only. Avoid broken, irritated skin. Do not apply internally or on mucosal areas.

Is the Skin Exfoliator Oil a medical treatment?

No. The Skin Exfoliator Oil is a cosmetic product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Is peeling guaranteed?

No. Peeling is one of the side effects and it is not guaranteed. Some skin types may exfoliate subtly without visible peeling while still benefiting from the treatment.

Can the Skin Exfoliator Oil be used as a spot treatment?

Yes. The Skin Exfoliator Oil may be used as a spot treatment on targeted areas only. Apply a small amount to the specific area as directed. Do not layer with other active or exfoliating products, and avoid broken, irritated, or sensitive skin. Peeling, dryness, or mild irritation may occur in the treated area. Discontinue use if irritation becomes excessive.
