Skin Exfoliator Oil is a dual phase blend of oil and water soluble acids formulated to penetrate pores, dissolve excess sebum, and clear congestion. This treatment helps reduce breakouts and visible inflammation while exfoliating dead skin cells to improve overall skin texture and clarity

 

 

Note: This is a chemical exfoliant and may cause redness, dryness, tingling, purging, itching, flaking, peeling, darkening of the skin, or sensitivity. A patch test is required prior to full application. Please review full instructions, post-peel care, and disclaimer before use.

 

  

 

To properly support the Skin Exfoliator Oil process, use only the following:

  1. Gentle facial cleanser
    CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser, Vanicream, or La Roche Posay
  2. Healing ointment
    CeraVe Healing Ointment or Aquaphor
  3. Application tools
    Gauze pads or a fan brush
  4. Sun protection
    Broad spectrum sunscreen SPF 30 or higher
  5. Hydrocortisone cream
    For itching if needed

 Use only these products during treatment and for up to 5 days after skin has fully healed.

Salicylic Acid, Malic Acid, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, HQ

Always perform a patch test before application.

If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and take an antihistamine if needed.
HOW TO USE

☀️AM or 🌙PM

3-day application process, wear gloves when applying.

Discontinue all other active products and prepare your skin with a gentle facial cleanser and sunscreen for 3 to 5 days before applying the peel. Avoid lips, corners of mouth, nostrils, and eyes.


Day or Night 1:
Cleanse the skin thoroughly. Apply 3 coats, allowing 5 minutes between each layer.

Day or Night 2:
Cleanse the skin and apply 3 coats again.
If flaking or peeling has started, avoid applying the peel to those areas. Protect peeling skin with a healing ointment.

Day or Night 3:
Cleanse the skin and apply 3 coats.
Leave on as directed.




Aftercare Instructions

• Cleanse morning and night using a gentle cleanser after the third application.
• Begin applying a healing ointment once peeling starts and continue throughout the peeling process.
• Use only recommended products during treatment and for up to 5 days after the skin has fully healed.

Q. How long should I discontinue other active products before using a chemical peel?

A. All active skincare products should be discontinued 5 to 7 days before starting a chemical peel.





Q. What products should I stop using before a chemical peel?

A. Discontinue the following before treatment:
• Retinol and prescription retinoids
• AHAs, BHAs, PHAs
• Vitamin C serums
• Benzoyl peroxide
• Exfoliating acids or scrubs
• Brightening or acne treatments unless approved by a professional


Q. What products are safe to use while prepping the skin?

A. During the prep phase, use only:
• A gentle, non active cleanser
• Healing ointment
• Sunscreen


Q. When can I resume active products after the peel?

A. Do not resume active products until the skin has fully healed. This typically takes 7 to 10 days after peeling has completed, and sometimes longer depending on skin sensitivity and the level of peeling experienced. Reintroduce actives slowly and one at a time.


Post Peel Guidelines

• Wait at least 1 week, or until skin has fully peeled and healed, before using other facial products, shaving, waxing, exfoliating or undergoing laser treatments.
• Chemical peels may be repeated once every 4 weeks.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume or inventory restock, processing may take 5 business days or longer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.



Shipping Method

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Expedited or overnight shipping is not available. All orders ship from Mobile, Alabama.

 



Billing & Shipping Address Policy

For fraud prevention, the billing and shipping address must match. No exceptions.

Address changes or corrections are not permitted after an order is placed.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping fees and applicable costs.



International Shipping

International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. If delivery is refused due to unpaid fees, the package will be returned and a partial refund may be issued after deducting return shipping and customs costs.

 

APO, FPO, DPO Addresses

Orders to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Delivery times may take up to 23 days or longer due to military handling.


 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once tracking is issued, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

The Brandi Glow LLC is not liable for packages marked delivered by USPS.


If your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local USPS office
  • File a claim with USPS

Shipping fees are non refundable.


Fulfillment Errors

If we made an error with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
