Skin Exfoliator Oil features a dual phase blend of oil and water soluble acids designed to penetrate pores, dissolve excess sebum, and remove congestion. This treatment supports a reduction in breakouts and surface inflammation while exfoliating away dead skin cells and improving overall texture.

Customers are to purchase the following products to support the full benefits of our Skin Exfoliator Oil:

Gentle facial cleanser: Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser, Vanicream, or La Roche- Posay.
Healing ointment: Cerave or Aquaphor.
Gauze pads or a fan brush for application.
Broad spectrum sunscreen, SPF 30 or higher.
Hydrocortisone cream: for itching if needed.

Use only these products throughout the entire process and for up to five days after your skin has fully healed.

Post-Peel Guidelines

Wait at least one week—or until your skin has fully peeled and healed before using any other facial products, shaving, waxing, or laser treatments.
Chemical peels can be repeated once a month, 4 weeks after your last treatment.

This product contains acids that may darken the skin. Chemical peels can sometimes lead to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, especially in deeper skin tones, due to inflammation that increases melanin production.

DO NOT USE: If you do not fully understand the procedure and are not willing to accept the risk, disclaimer, and limitations involved in the healing process of using our Skin Exfoliator Oil.

Remember to take clear, unfiltered photos before, during, and after the peeling process, and send them to us by DM or email.

How To Use

3-day application process, wear gloves when applying. You must discontinue all other products and prep the skin using your gentle facial cleanser for 3-5 days prior to peel application.

Apply: Avoid lips, corners of mouth, nostrils, and eyes. Apply 3 coats in 5-minute intervals.
Night 2: Apply 3 coats again. Protect peeling areas with healing ointment if needed.
Night 3: Apply 3 coats and leave on.
Day 4: Wash gently with a mild cleanser and water. Apply healing ointment.
Use only the recommended products during treatment and up to 5 days after healing.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

We ship ALL orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail; Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

Overnight or Expedited shipping is not available.

Orders placed during the weekend will process the following business day.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Mobile, Alabama.

PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL

Please note that if you order to countries outside the USA, you are responsible for paying additional costs such as duties and import charges. Customs policies vary from country to country, and we have no control over them. If you are required to pay duties and import charges, you will be contacted by the shipping service. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

If you decide not to claim the package and decline to pay the outstanding duties and import charges upon delivery, the package will be returned to us, and you will not be eligible for a full refund as we will be responsible for paying the outstanding charges and return service.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS and signature confirmation is not required. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 23 days.

NOTE: If your address is incorrect, your order will be refunded. Address adjustments are not available.

If your order is returned to The Brandi Glow, LLC., we will notify you via email once we have received the return, and initiate a refund minus the shipping cost and fees.

We are NOT responsible for any delays in shipping caused by USPS, severe weather or other circumstances out of our control.

NOTE: If we’re experiencing high volume of orders and inventory restock, it can take up to 7 business days or longer for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once items are shipped and a tracking number is provided, The Brandi Glow LLC., is not responsible for the order.

Products will not be replaced or refunded if your package is damaged, lost, or stolen. Visit your local USPS branch or USPS.com and file a claim for damages, lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking number says “delivered” and you did not receive your package, check with your neighbor, ask your mail courier about your package and contact your local post office branch.

If, however, we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, arrangements for a replacement or refund may be made upon a photo of what you have received along with the packing slip within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Put your full name and order number in the subject line and your inquiry in the body of the email.

Shipping fees are non refundable.
